Apple Chicken and Almond Salad

Here is a simple yet delicious choice for a healthy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
1 cooked chicken breast
2 cups lettuce (I prefer spring mix)
1 small apple
1/4 cup of sliced natural almonds
2 tbsp of light crumbed feta cheese
2 tbsp. vinaigrette dressing

Eat and Enjoy!
